will need to be supplied by the school.

members and your MTC Tour Director through security.

California is a place where fun and adventure are a way of life, and the same is
true of Disney’s new California Adventure theme park.
Lunch in the Park
A Disney Meal Card will be provided for lunch in the park.
Band & Orchestra Disney Workshops
In Disney Performing Arts OnStage Performance Workshops,
the world of the Disneyland
entertainer comes to life for
students in the innovative
hands-on sessions. The
workshops provide an inside
look at the magic behind the
productions that have thrilled
millions at the Disneyland Resort.

Dinner in the Park
A Disney Meal Card will be provided for dinner in the park.
Hotel Check-in
Once you arrive at your hotel, unload the luggage from
underneath your charter coach. One person from each room
may get the keys for your room from your Tour Director.
After you have given your roommates their room keys, you
may proceed to your room. Be sure to take your luggage and
all of your personal items off the coach.
Night Security
Night security will be hired for each night of our stay in Los
Angeles.

Meet the group at the designated location at the plaza in between Disneyland
and California Adventure. Then, wait for further instructions.
Return to the Hotel
Return to the hotel after a full day in the park.

The Grove
The Grove is an outdoor retail marketplace and
entertainment complex adjacent
to Farmer's Market. The complex
fills space previously occupied by
a 19th-century orchard and
nursery. Enjoy some free time
for souvenir shopping.

Lunch at the Farmer’s Market
Launched in 1934, Farmers Market became the central meeting place for
Angelenos. Today, “Meet me at 3rd and Fairfax” is one of the most common
phrases in southern California. According to the L.A. Times, Farmers Market is
the #1 place in L.A. to spot celebrities! The market features nearly 100 shops
and eateries and its 1941 clock tower is now a world-famous icon.
Orchestra Performance
This afternoon, the orchestra will
perform near the farmer’s market.
Guided Hollywood Tour
Drive through the posh Beverly Hills
and Bel-Air Estates areas, famous
Rodeo Drive, see Mann’s Chinese
Theater.

This famous beach is an eclectic and funky place where artists and sidewalk

at Santa Monica Pier.

Disney Concert Hall Performance
Opened on October 24, 2003. It seats 2,265 people and serves,
among other purposes, as the home of the Los Angeles Philharmonic
orchestra and the Los Angeles Master Chorale. Lillian Disney made
an initial gift of $50 million in 1987 to build a performance venue as
a gift to the people of Los Angeles and a
tribute to
Walt Disney's
devotion to the
arts and to the city.

Queen Mary Farewell Banquet
Relive the elegance of transatlantic travel aboard this historic

Tour Conditions: Fundraising
Music Travel Consultants encourages and welcomes
the application of fund-raising profits to individual or
group accounts. Music Travel Consultants is unable to
accept or apply any school or booster fund-raising
monies to accounts that are paid in full. All fundraising
money must be received at least 35 days prior to
departure.
Last Day to Cancel:
March 27, 2016
Cancellations are considered to be any change made to the passenger list on or after 61
days prior to departure. Cancellations must be made in writing. If received 61 days or more
prior to departure, monies which can be retrieved from suppliers are refundable.
Cancellations received 60 days up to and including day of departure are non-refundable
unless a substitution is made. If this tour includes airfare, cancellations and/or substitutions
policies vary by airline, date of ticketing and group contracts.

Started
MTC Online is for parents and
students. Credit card or eCheck
information must be entered to
make a payment on your trip.
Here’s MTC’s step-by-step
process for online trip registration
and payment.
Step 1: Go Online
Visit music-travel.com and click
“Login” in the top right corner.
Step 2: Click the “NEW USER”
link
Step 3: Create Trip Account
Complete the form that pops up on the first
page. When finished with both Login Details and
Contact Information, click on “Create Account”.
You will then receive the following message:
“Your account has been created successfully.”
You will receive an email message shortly
verifying your account information.
Whenever you Login to MTC Online, use the
email address (user name) and password
that you just entered.”
Step 4 (1 of 2): Register a Traveler
Once your Trip Account has been created, the next screen prompts you to:
Register a Traveler – Enter the Trip Number (Given to you by your Group Leader or MTC)

After submitting your trip number, you will be
asked to fill out some your name, traveler type,
instrument, etc.
Under Traveler Type:
Student = Member of the class or organization taking the
trip.
Child = A family member who is not a Student.
Chaperone = Adult with Chaperoning responsibility.
Adult = Adult without Chaperoning responsibility.
IMPORTANT: To complete each registration you
must accept the Tour Participant Agreement.
Step 5: Manage Your Account
After you have entered all of your travelers you are ready
to manage your online account. This is also the starting
point the next time you login to your account.

Make/View Payments
View Financial Information
Add Additional Travelers
Step 6: Click “Make a Payment”
Enter the amount you want to pay
today in the box to the right of
each Traveler’s name.
