On how to use Concur travel website
Step 1. – Log into the website
https://concursolutions.com/travelhome.asp
Step 2. – Select “Personal Information” from
Profile tab
Step 3. – Fill out all of the Required fields
Step 4. – Make sure to so SAVE the entered
info.
Step 5. – All the way on the bottom, Add a
Credit Card.
Step 6. – When filling out the Credit Card form:
Check just the Hotel Reservations.
Step 7. – Select Save and now you are ready to
book!
Step 8. – At the top, select Travel tab.
Step 9. – Fill out the proper fields and make sure to
check all the needed travel.
If you do forget to include a
hotel or car at the beginning,
but would like to add it later on
– you can always edit your
itinerary later on.
No need to create a whole new
one.
Step 10. – Choose the desired fare by clicking on
Fares.
Step 11. – Make sure this is the correct/desired fare.
Select Reserve, if so.
Step 12. – Read the NON-Refundable notice and click
OK.
Step 13. – Complete your reservation and wait for
approval.
