A.F. & A.M. JURISDICTION OF VIRGINIA, INC.
WILL CONVENE IN THE CITY OF
NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA
AT THE
Grand Masonic Temple
2400 JEFFERSON AVENUE
NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA 23607

Eighty Third Annual Grand Session of the Most Worshipful Consolidated Hiram
Grand Lodge A. F. & A. M. Inc. and Virginia State Grand Chapter, Order of
Eastern Stars, Jurisdiction of Virginia, will convene at the Grand Masonic
Temple, 2400 Jefferson Avenue, Newport News, Virginia beginning Friday,
September 18, 2015.
All members of the jurisdiction, both male and female, including the Juvenile
Departments are to be present.
Annual Divine Service will be held at United House of Prayer for All People,
1811 Ivy Ave, Newport News, VA 23607 on Sunday, September 20, 2015, at
3:00 PM.
A parade of all members of the jurisdiction, both male and female, to include the
Juvenile Departments will be formed at the Temple and march to the church.
The parade will be formed by the Grand Marshalls at the Grand Temple at 2:30
PM.
High Degree Officers may wear the Regalia of their particular Department.
Master Masons will wear Black Suits, White Shirts, Black Tie, Black Socks,
Black Shoes, White Gloves, and appropriate Apron.

WORSHIPFUL MASTERS, WARDENS, AND BROTHERS OF THE CRAFT.
Fraternal Greetings:
Know ye that pursuant to the laws, regulations, and customs of Ancient
Freemasonry, and Article 4, Section 1 of the Constitution of the Most
Worshipful Consolidated Hiram Grand Lodge, A. F. & A. M., Inc., State of
Virginia; and by the power and authority in me vested as the Most Worshipful
Grand Master, I, William E. Tyree, 33º, do hereby proclaim and call the Most
Worshipful Consolidated Hiram Grand Lodge, in Grand Session, with Religious
Services on Sunday, September 20, 2015 at 3:00 pm. A Joint meeting with the
Virginia State Grand Chapter, Order of Eastern Star, will be held on Monday,
September 21, 2015, at 9:00 AM.
The Grand Lodge will be called to order at 1:00 PM. All members are to
be present and on time. All indebtedness due the Most Worshipful
Consolidated Hiram Grand Lodge must be paid to the Grand Secretary by
August 31, 2015. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in
denial of inherent rights, i.e. to be seated as delegates, to have any voices
in the Grand Lodge business, and the denial of the right to vote.
All Past Masters must report to the Grand Secretary to sign the Past
Master’s Register, and pay a Past Master’s Registration Fee of $2.00.
