62-709.320 Design and operating criteria
– None of the processed material shall be
mechanically compacted replaces
There shall be 15 feet interior lanes
– Any drains or leachate or condensate
conveyance that are installed shall be kept
clean not to impede flow
– Any putrescible waste such as vegetative
wastes, animal byproducts or manure received
at the facility shall be processed and
incorporated into the composting material if
the facility is registered 62-709.330 0r 350, or
removed within 48 hours.

– Do not qualify for a registration
– Initially qualify 18 months with an
option to extend the project for an
additional 18 months.
