Alternative to Traditional Copyright Licensing

 Inspiration by GNU General Public License (GNU GPL)  D evelopment of a Web application for Licensing as a tool for:   Dedication to public domain , or retaining copyright while licensing them as free for certain uses, on certain conditions.
