ASSIST Information
NIH announced ASSIST is now available for
submissions of R01s, U01s and Career
Development Grant Applications.
- Not applicable for OHSU. Our S2S system of
preference continues to be InfoEd.
- ASSIST is not used unless specifically required in
the FOA. (Check with your GCA for guidance.)

Potential Delays to NIH Issuing Awards
• Per this NIH announcement - NOT-OD-15-088
• NIH ability to issue competing and non-competing
awards may be delayed for two weeks from May
19, 2015 until June 3, 2015. During this time, a
series of software upgrades will be made.

Reminder: Please clean up your documents.
• Archive anything not in active use.
• Name your documents (protocol, consent,
advertisements) for data migration success.

• Studies in “stable state” (i.e., active, open to
enrollment) migrate first.
• Studies with open Mods, CRs, UPs and PDs
migrate as completed.
