Staff Recommendations for FY 2008 Increase the number of TLC Technical Assistance Projects for FY 2008 Encourage applicants to work with agency partners during the development of their application Extend the project timeframe for completion of the projects Amend the FY 2007 application to include greater emphasis on early coordination, desired final products, and regional benefits 4
Amendments to the FY 2008 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) Fund at least six projects at a level of up to $20,000 Provide staff support for five TLC Technical assistance projects funded through the VDOT Multimodal Grant Program Maintain and update the TLC Regional Clearinghouse website Improve the FY 2007 application procedures 5
