Timer displayed on Pause Screen. Online Administration Registering Test Takers Each student has a unique GTID. Only one record of student can exist in OAS Students can be registered manually in OAS through the Test Administration System A Bulk Upload method can be used by Systems that have a large number of test takers Administrators will be able to assign students to multiple content areas and classes 13 Reports School Test Coordinator Verify and ensure that all students in a test session have completed test. AND Remove students that will not take the test and close the Test Session in TAS 24-48 Hour Turnaround time for closed test sessions * Pending DOE approval to release reports 14 Reports 1. Login to ctb.com 2. Click on Secure File Transfer 15 Reports 16 Online Administration Reports Complete irregularities before 6 pm EST on the day when the test session schedule ends Students test is extracted at 9:30 pm EST on the day when the test session ends. Reports processing starts after test session has been closed. Test schedule end date is very important!
