Click on the Insert tab.

In the Images group, click on the Pictures button.

Navigate to the
desired picture and
click on Insert.
Insert ClipArt

Click on the Insert tab.

In the Images group, click on the Clip Art button.

Enter a keyword and click on Search.

Click on the desired picture.
Insert Screenshot

Click on the Insert tab.

In the Images group, click on the Screenshot button.

Select the program that you want to select the screenshot
from.
Insert Shapes

Click on the Insert tab.

In the Illustrations group, click on the Shapes button.

Navigate to the desired shape and
click on it.
Insert SmartArt



Click on the Insert tab.
In the Illustrations group, click on
the SmartArt button.
Navigate to the desired
shape and click on it.

Insert Hyperlink

Select the text that is to be the hyperlink.

Click on the Insert tab.

In the Links group, click on Hyperlink.

Enter the URL (web address) of the web page you
want to navigate to.


Insert Chart

Click on the Insert tab.

In the Illustrations group, click on Chart.

Excel will open with a chart template.

Change the data in the template.
Insert WordArt

Click on the Insert tab.

In the Text group, click on the WordArt button.

Enter your text and set the desired formatting options.
Insert Video

Click on the Insert tab.

In the Media group, click on the Video down arrow.

Click on Video from file.

Navigate to the desired video and click on it.

Click on OK.
Insert Audio

Click on the Insert tab.

In the Media group, click on the Audio down-arrow.

Click on Audio from File.

Navigate to the desired sound and click on it.

Click on OK.
