IT Services provides technology leadership, planning, and a wide
range of services supporting UAA’s activities. Services include
communications (voice, video, high performance data/messaging
networks); computing infrastructure (high availability hosting
services); core applications, distributed learning delivery
systems/support; and support services including Call Center, audio
visual, distance education, video conference, desktop/computer,
telephone, and computer labs.

Telephone & Audio Conference

IT Services currently owns and maintains the Cisco Call Manager
for VOIP (voice over IP) service.

Desktop Support

Troubleshooting, maintenance and repair services; university
workstations & personal computers.
 Consultation for new computer purchases.
 Services available to all UAA faculty, staff and students.
 Initiate requests through the IT Call Center.
 FY13 rates: $85 per hour, one hour minimum
 Apple, Dell, & Microsoft certified repair shop
