IT Services provides technology leadership, planning, and a wide
range of services supporting UAA’s activities. Services include
communications (voice, video, high performance data/messaging
networks); computing infrastructure (high availability hosting
services); core applications, distributed learning delivery
systems/support; and support services including Call Center, audio
visual, distance education, video conference, desktop/computer,
telephone, and computer labs.

IT Services currently owns and maintains the Cisco Call Manager
for VOIP (voice over IP) service.

Services available to all UAA faculty, staff and students.
Initiate requests through the IT Call Center.
FY13 rates: $85 per hour, one hour minimum
