• Due to improved communications and timeliness of awarding, the financial aid office is fielding fewer emails and in-person consultations than ever before. A reduction of around 50% from two years ago.

• In a recent SCCP survey, 98% of interviewed applicants found that the admissions process handled by MUSC was as good as or exceeded the same process at other colleges. Sue Coates and the on-line application process featured prominently in comments.
