WHAT CAN I DO?
2 Peter 1:12 For this reason I will not be
negligent to remind you always of these things,
though you know and are established in the
present truth.
Mark 14:3 And being in Bethany at the house of Simon the
leper, as He sat at the table, a woman came having an
alabaster flask of very costly oil of spikenard. Then she
broke the flask and poured it on His head. 4 But there
were some who were indignant among themselves, and
said, "Why was this fragrant oil wasted? 5 "For it might
have been sold for more than three hundred denarii and
given to the poor." And they criticized her sharply. 6 But
Jesus said, "Let her alone. Why do you trouble her? She
has done a good work for Me. 7 "For you have the poor
with you always, and whenever you wish you may do
them good; but Me you do not have always. 8 "She has
done what she could. She has come beforehand to anoint
My body for burial. 9 "Assuredly, I say to you, wherever
this gospel is preached in the whole world, what this
woman has done will also be told as a memorial to her."
1. The assembling of the saints for worship and
our Bible classes.
1 Corinthians 13:1 Though I speak with the
tongues of men and of angels, but have not love,
I have become sounding brass or a clanging
cymbal. 2 And though I have the gift of
prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all
knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I
could remove mountains, but have not love, I am
nothing. 3 And though I bestow all my goods to
feed the poor, and though I give my body to be
burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.
2. Family & Friends
Ephesians 5:22 Wives, submit to your own
husbands, as to the Lord. 23 For the husband is
head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the
church; and He is the Savior of the body. 24
Therefore, just as the church is subject to Christ,
so let the wives be to their own husbands in
everything. 25 Husbands, love your wives, just as
Christ also loved the church and gave Himself for
her, 26 that He might sanctify and cleanse her
with the washing of water by the word, 27 that
He might present her to Himself a glorious
church, not having spot or wrinkle or any such
thing, but that she should be holy and without
blemish. 28 So husbands ought to love their own
wives as their own bodies; he who loves his wife
loves himself. 29 For no one ever hated his own
flesh, but nourishes and cherishes it, just as the
Lord does the church. 30 For we are members of
His body, of His flesh and of His bones. 31 "For
this reason a man shall leave his father and
mother and be joined to his wife, and the two
shall become one flesh." 32 This is a great
mystery, but I speak concerning Christ and the
church. 33 Nevertheless let each one of you in
particular so love his own wife as himself, and let
the wife see that she respects her husband.
1 Corinthians 7:3 Let the husband render to his
wife the affection due her, and likewise also the
wife to her husband. 4 The wife does not have
authority over her own body, but the husband
does. And likewise the husband does not have
authority over his own body, but the wife does.
3. The work place
Ecclesiastes 9:10 Whatever your hand finds to
do, do it with your might; for there is no work or
device or knowledge or wisdom in the grave
where you are going.
Matthew 5:16 "Let your light so shine before
men, that they may see your good works and
glorify your Father in heaven.
4. Evangelizing
1 Corinthians 3:6 I planted, Apollos watered, but
God gave the increase. 7 So then neither he who
plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God
who gives the increase.
