PARENT PORTAL A tool to help you effectively and consistently keep track and view information on your children's progress in the classroom through one communication channel. This portal will assist you in participating more actively in order to influence your child’s achievement. PARENT PORTAL How Do You Access The Parent Portal? 1. Obtain your 6 digit Parent Identification Number and Student I.D. Number for each child By visiting your child’s school 2. Create a parent account, login to: www.dadeschools.net Select Parent Tab – click on Parent Portal 3. 4. It is recommended (after 24 hrs) to reset your password with password management P-Synch Login to– Parent Portal www.dadeschools.net Parent Portal Access Login to Parent Portal Using your Existing Account Create an Account – First Time Users Create an Account M-DCPS Acceptable Use Policy Read in detail If you agree to these terms, Select Accept Necessary Information for Registration Your child’s MDCPS 7 digit Student ID Parent 6 digit Pin Number Student Date of Birth Student birth place State or Country R E G I S T R A T I O N A single Parent Account for all children in your family. Parent/Guardians with joint legal custody must share the Parent Account. Step 1 – Student Information Adding Another Student Repeat the process, for ALL your children attending MDCPS.
