Applications submitted to the PSC after March 15 cannot be assured of being processed in time for a fall placement. The Georgia Professional Standards Commission’s adoption of new policies has resulted in changes to your teacher certification program. • All recently admitted candidates must take the GACE Ethics Program Entry Assessment (350). • All recently admitted candidates must obtain a Preservice Certificate prior to a field placement in a cooperating teacher’s classroom.
