Status of GP Computerization
*Out of 248 G.Ps, 40 G.Ps are non-electrified &
208 G.Ps are electrified.
*Accordingly 232 nos of Desktop,40 nos of
Laptop,272 nos of Laser Printers,232 nos of
UPS and 272 nos of MS Office have been
supplied to 248 G.P.s & 12 Blocks.
*25 G.P.s have not been supplied with
computers due to poor building conditions.
Those computers are being installed at 20
seater LAN Centre of concerned Block.

Status of Internet Facility to G.P. Office
•After feasibility study by BSNL in the first
phase, 81 G.Ps have been selected to provide
broadband &/or NIC facility.
•Application forms have been submitted to
BSNL for provision of Internet in all those G.Ps.
•Pandakipali G.P. of Sohella Block has already
been connected with broadband facility.
•Lahanda G.P. of Attabira Block & Bardol G.P.
of Bargarh Block are connected to internet
using BSNL 2G data card.

• 20 seater LAN Centres have been
completed in all respect at all 12 Blocks
of Bargarh District.

Problem faced during data entry
The module developed in
Journal Entry is not understood.

• The A/C head type Receipt/Payment is not
clear.

• From & To scheme is not necessary in Journal

• To enter a Bank Payment Voucher, we need to first enter the Cheque
Book where in we need to enter the Bank Name, Account No., Date of
Cheque Book issued, Starting leaf no. etc. All required things for issuing
a cheque book have been entered as above in Barpali Block.

• After entering all detail Bank Payment voucher
utilizing the above cheque, when clicking the ‘Save’
button, it is showing the following error in spite of
the fact that the cheque no is being taken from the
above issued list & date as required. For this it has
not been possible to enter a Bank Payment
Transaction in Barpali Block.

• When entering payment voucher in Bijepur
Block the above error is being shown.

• When entering a receipt Voucher of Kamgaon G.P
under Bhatli Block for the date 22/04/2010, on
selecting the date the above POP UP dialogue box
appeared.

• Mixture of payment like deduction of
Royalty, ECB, SD, Other Contigency
are not clear where to be entered.
