All future renovations to buildings should include:
> Envelope upgrades with the use of EFIS, composite
panel or some other exterior application, where
not possible, utilize interior insulation tactics on buildings
with significant exterior character (i.e. Piskor, Hepburn,
etc…)
> Progress in conjunction with overall interior renovation.
> Exceed NYS Energy Code whenever possible,
including re-roofing projects come up
