I join?
• You’re automatically a
member
• Your London Met ID card is
also your library card
• You need to have it with you
to borrow material and to
use printers/photocopiers
Where is the library?
• There are three libraries:
Calcutta House
Commercial Road
Holloway Road
• The library nearest to where
you are taught has most of the
resources you need, but you
are welcome to use any
London Met library

Note: services always close 15 minutes before the library closes –

take a book out?
• By using the self-service
machine
• You also use the
machine to return
material
• Simply follow the
instructions on the
screen
• Any problems – ask
our staff for help

can I borrow?
• Undergraduates: 14
• Postgraduates: 18
On top of this, you have
unlimited access to our
e-resources including e-books
You can also borrow up to 2
items from the 24 Hour Loan
