– Critical services CuCsMgr and CuMixer started

Idle:
– Server is deactivated – does not take calls
– All critical and optional services are deactivated

Troubleshooting
 Using the admin console, check the status of the services as
shown below:
– utils service list
 Can also get service status through the serviceability pages
 Check Server Role Manager (SRM) logs for service issues.
– /var/opt/cisco/connection/log/diag_CuSrm_*.uc
 Use logs to check if role activation has been successful.
 For servm details, look into /var/log/active/platform/log/servm*.log
files
