• Admin landing page shows KPI overview

KPI Dashboard – Overview

• KPI Overview compares Grade Level, School and Student Subgroup performance at the district level • Click on any ‘School’ to view school level performance

• Overview shows teachers at the school for comparison • Also displays grade level and student subgroups

• Clicking on a teacher shows all sections assigned to that teacher • Clicking on any section will reveal individual student performance

Accessing Saved Reports

• View saved reports by hovering mouse over School & District Data area • Click on Saved Reports

• Ability to run, download to Excel, delete or publish a report to others • Can edit description of reports inside the ‘more’ link

• Can publish to teachers, staff, or admins ( role based )

Custom Reports –A Deeper Dive

• Custom reports can be created – From scratch, or – Using all students in your district, – Using select courses / sections, or – Using an already saved student set

• Start by hovering mouse over School & District Data area • Click ‘Custom Reports’ • Choose ‘Define Student Set’

• Add filters to refine student set to your desired amount.

• Filters can be created by enrollment, demographic data, benchmark results, attendance, history and more. When finished, click apply filter.

• Access the Pre-Formatted Reports menu via the School and District Data tab on the blue ribbon

Individual Student and Section Data

• Can be accessed under Student Performance within the Classrooms tab located on the blue ribbon

• From the pull downs, follow the prompts to select School, Teacher and finally Section you wish to view

• This view shows a particular School, Teacher and Section has been chosen to view for data and reporting purposes.

• This view displays the Student Performance area for a particular teacher / section

Student Performance - Reporting

This is essentially what Teachers can view / report on for each of their sections. A separate training script has been created for teacher data and reports.
