Custom Reports –A Deeper Dive
• Custom reports can be created
– From scratch, or
– Using all students in your district,
– Using select courses / sections, or
– Using an already saved student set

• Start by hovering mouse over School & District Data area
• Click ‘Custom Reports’
• Choose ‘Define Student Set’

• Add filters to refine student set to your desired amount.

• Filters can be created by enrollment, demographic data, benchmark
results, attendance, history and more. When finished, click apply
filter.

• When finished defining, click on ‘Build Custom Report’, and GO !

• Can be accessed under Student Performance within the
Classrooms tab located on the blue ribbon

• From the pull downs, follow the prompts to select Teacher and
Section you wish to view

• This view shows a particular School, Teacher and Section has
been chosen to view for data and reporting purposes.

• This view displays the Student Performance area for a particular
teacher / section
Student Performance - Reporting
This is essentially what Teachers can view / report on for each of
their sections. A separate training script has been created for
teacher data and reports.
