• Click the “Students” tab or “Student Setup” to access your student roster.

• Initially, this list shows students in grades 4 through 8 who are expected to take PASA this year in your particular school.

• First, assign an Assessor for each student already in your school roster.

With these changes comes greater flexibility in the enrollment process for you and your Assessors. We strongly urge you to decide how you want the process to work for your school and communicate this to your Assessors.

For example, you may wish to add all students and then have your Assessors only make changes to records. Or, you may want your Assessors to add all students and make all changes to records. The choice is yours, but just be sure that everyone understands the desired procedure and that your Assessors are aware of their responsibilities and the sequence in which they should occur.

Note: This includes students who have moved to another school or district, are taking PSSA, are not in a tested grade, etc. This does not include students who should be tested by your school but will not take the test due to reasons like religious exemption, extended absence, or medical emergency.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that you coordinate with your Assessors so that they verify all of their records first before you do any verifying.
