Verify the student’s working cycle average for each student. If corrections are needed, you may look at
the student’s assignment grades or choose to use the Cycle Override field.
The Cycle Override field allows you to override a student's working cycle average with a different
grade (e.g., if the student's working cycle average is 69, you may give the student a cycle grade of 70).
Any grades that appear in the OVERRIDE field will be posted as the student’s Nine Week Grades. If the
Override field is blank, the Cycle Grade Average will be posted as the student’s Nine Week Grades.
2)
Enter the Citizenship grade, if applicable. Your campus may have selected to default the citizenship (i.e.,
S). If so, you may change it to the appropriate citizenship grade (i.e., E).
3)
Enter the Report Card Comments in the Report Card Comments field, if applicable. The Comment Legend
is accessed by clicking the grey tab to your right. You may select up to five comments per student.
4)
The Semester Average and the Working Final Grade is not used at this time.
5)
When you have verified that all grades are accurate for each subject or class, click on MARK GRADES AS
READY TO POST.
You will then need to enter your PIN and click on Continue. This action will indicate that the grades for
that subject or class are complete and accurate.
All changes need to be saved by entering your PIN and clicking on SAVE prior to leaving the page for that
particular course/section.
