Submit Department Deposit Form along with the money to cashiers. Speaker/Performer – Allison Gerland (YU 155) • Fill out Entertainment Contract Catering/Food Service – Valerie Vo • Fill out Catering Request Form, submit to Aviand;s Emergency Funding New Student Organization • Eligible for max. $500 and 2 requests/year, whichever comes first Existing Student Organization • Must have submitted budget last year. • SUFAC precedent 3 yrs ago. Cannot find in constitution. • Eligible for max. $2500 and 2 requests/year, whichever comes first.
