Mobile Device must be registered with web application for authentication
If date/time of device is changed it requires online authentication
Internet connectivity is required for the first login
First successful login will automatically download all master data
GPS must be ON for capturing geo coordinates
Device’s back button is disabled, use the one given in application
There is limit on database size. Keep uploading data regularly

• The Mobile Application for NREGASoft allows users to
enter the details of the workers’ demand, to allocate
work to workers, to issue muster roll on a particular
work, to take muster roll attendance, to see
attendance report, to enter measurement book with
geo-tagged photograph, IPPE Work Planning and
Aadhaar Seeding.
• This is a multilingual application, presently supports
Hindi and English.

Authenticate on this screen with a valid
username and password. Presently,
panchayat level logins are available.
•
Once logged in successfully, user will be
redirected to the home screen
•
After successful login to the application all
master data will automatically be
downloaded.
When database size is 60% of
maximum limit of database
an alert will pop up.

After searching the worker’s information using ‘Search Worker Record’
screen the user can enter aadhaar number of the workers using two
methods
(i) manually typing the number
(ii) by scanning the QR code on Aadhaar letter.
Application provides user facility to scan the QR code on the
Aadhaar letter using the tablet/device camera to automatically
populate the empty fields for Aadhaar number and Applicant
Name

The Export Data option provides ability
to the user to export both complete
worker data as well as the updated
worker data which is ready to sync. All
the records are exported into CSV from
the local table.
