The main objectives of WP4 are to:
establish transferable SCP in patient safety
Develop a system of EM and share SCP through exchange mechanism

Patient Safety
Patient Safety Practice
(PSP)
Definition: A practice, behaviour, action, procedure, or
structure, which directly or indirectly aims to
enhance patient safety within the institution.
Safe Clinical Practice (SCP)
A Patient Safety Practice which has been classified
as safe according to the Framework for Classifying
Patient Safety Practices. Further, the Patient Safety
Practice must be transferable.
The local clinical level + National Contact Points (NCP)
Health care professionals with a key position or decision making
role which enables them to spread the knowledge gained from
WP4 work, or take steps to implement the SCP at a local clinical
level within their own institution

experiences related to Patient Safety Practices and Good
Organisational Practices
