为我站在巨人的肩膀上。
案例：经穴特异性
• 经穴的特异性是指经穴在形态结构、生物物理特性、病理反应、
刺激效应等方面与经穴及其周围的非经穴比较具有的特异性。
经穴效应的特异性主要体现在经穴与非经穴效应的差异、同一
经脉不同经穴效应的差异、不同经脉不同经穴效应的差异等方
面。
• 2005年，德国科学家Linde以针灸适宜病种——偏头痛为例进
行了临床实验，其结果表明中医传统针灸按辩证取穴治疗对临
床疗效无帮助。这一结论在世界著名医学杂志《美国医学会刊》
上发表后，引发的争论不断发酵。这意味着针灸临床疗效的理
论基础——经络学说受到了质疑和否定，针灸的科学地位或将
被动摇。在2007年11月召开的美国针灸学会年会上，“经络上
的穴位是否具有特异性的疗效“被一致认为是关系到针灸学科发
展的关键科学问题，受到各国学者关注。
