Structure of rolling bearings 滚动轴承的结构
Two types of bearings are used to support a shaft, i.e. sliding and
rolling bearings. With small friction, high rotation flexibility and easy
to maintain, rolling bearings are widely used standard components of
mechanical equipment.
轴承分为滑动轴承和滚动轴承，用于支撑轴。滚动轴承的
摩擦阻力小，转动灵活，维修方便，是机械设备中广泛应用的
一种标准件。

The structure of rolling bearings consists of four components
滚动轴承的结构一般由四个元件组成 :
1) Inner race Tightly mounted on the
shaft and rotating with it.
Cage
内圈 紧密套装在轴上, 随轴旋转； 保持架
2) Outer race Mounted on the bearing’s
bracket hole and fastened.
外圈 装在轴承座的孔内, 固定不动；
3) Rolling elements Located between
Inner race

(1) Radial bearing used to bear the radial load. Such as deep groove ball bearings.
向心轴承 主要用于承受径向载荷，如深沟球轴承。
(2) Thrust bearing it only bears the axial load. Such as thrust bearings.
推力轴承 只承受轴向载荷，如推力球轴承。

(3) Radial thrust bearing it bears both the radial and axial loads. Such as the
tapered roller bearing.

Representation of rolling bearings

滚动轴承的画法

Being a standard component, there is no need to draw rolling bearings. The
assembly drawing can be drafted according to simplified representation specified
in the relevant national standard.
When drafting, the external diameter D, inner diameter d and width B should first
be found out after consulting the National Standard following bearing codes.
Other dimensions can be drawn proportionally to the primary dimensions.
滚动轴承是标准件, 不需要画零件图。在画装配图时可根据国家标准所规
定的规定画法或简化画法表示。
画图时，应根据轴承代号由国家标准中查出轴承的外径D、内径d、宽度B
等几个主要尺寸，然后，将其他部分的尺寸，按与主要尺寸的比例关系画出。

represented in a more detailed way, a specified representation can be
adopted when drawing the assembly. If on the contrary the primary
structure of the rolling bearing needs to be represented in a simple way,
the simplified representation can be used.

Two types of bearings are used to support a shaft, i.e. sliding and
rolling bearings. With small friction, high rotation flexibility and easy
to maintain, rolling bearings are widely used standard components of
mechanical equipment.

Structure of rolling bearings 滚动轴承的结构
Two types of bearings are used to support a shaft, i.e. sliding and
rolling bearings. With small friction, high rotation flexibility and easy
to maintain, rolling bearings are widely used standard components of
mechanical equipment.
轴承分为滑动轴承和滚动轴承，用于支撑轴。滚动轴承的
摩擦阻力小，转动灵活，维修方便，是机械设备中广泛应用的

The structure of rolling bearings consists of four components

1) Inner race Tightly mounted on the
shaft and rotating with it.

bracket hole and fastened.

Being a standard component, there is no need to draw rolling bearings. The
assembly drawing can be drafted according to simplified representation specified
in the relevant national standard.
When drafting, the external diameter D, inner diameter d and width B should first
be found out after consulting the National Standard following bearing codes.
Other dimensions can be drawn proportionally to the primary dimensions.
滚动轴承是标准件, 不需要画零件图。在画装配图时可根据国家标准所规
定的规定画法或简化画法表示。

assembly drawing can be drafted according to simplified representation specified
in the relevant national standard.
When drafting, the external diameter D, inner diameter d and width B should first
be found out after consulting the National Standard following bearing codes.
Other dimensions can be drawn proportionally to the primary dimensions.

Two types of bearings are used to support a shaft, i.e. sliding and
rolling bearings. With small friction, high rotation flexibility and easy
to maintain, rolling bearings are widely used standard components of
mechanical equipment.

When drafting, the external diameter D, inner diameter d and width B should first
be found out after consulting the National Standard following bearing codes.
Other dimensions can be drawn proportionally to the primary dimensions.
滚动轴承是标准件, 不需要画零件图。在画装配图时可根据国家标准所规
定的规定画法或简化画法表示。
画图时，应根据轴承代号由国家标准中查出轴承的外径D、内径d、宽度B
等几个主要尺寸，然后，将其他部分的尺寸，按与主要尺寸的比例关系画出。

滚动轴承的画法

If the primary structure of the rolling bearing needs to be
represented in a more detailed way, a specified representation can be
adopted when drawing the assembly. If on the contrary the primary
structure of the rolling bearing needs to be represented in a simple way,
the simplified representation can be used.
在装配图中,需要较详细地表达滚动轴承的主要结构时,可采用规定画法;
仅需要简单地表达滚动轴承的主要结构时,可采用简化画法（特征画法）。
