Government is the authority and power to control, to direct, and to rule the actions and affairs of others. Governmental authority flows from God to human in institutions and to the individuals responsible for ruling others within those institutions.

Theocracy – A government where God rules directly Autocracy – The Rule by One Absolute Monarchy – a system of government in which the monarch has unlimited power. Totalitarian – They control all aspects of society Fascism – is a totalitarian dictatorship in which all power is vested in one ruler.
