ABOUT COMPANY
 ZAMET, spol. s r.o. was founded in 1994. Its business is metal
production focusing on processing sheet metal, making sheet metal
parts and subassemblies, surface treatment and installations,
machining and manufacture of clamping devices.
 Our goal is to deliver to our clients products in such shape and
quality as to ensure that the supplied parts or subassemblies would
not require any further technological operations.
 It is our policy to continuously improve our quality control system
and environmental management system in line with ČSN EN ISO
9001:2001, ČSN EN ISO 3834-2:2006 and ČSN EN ISO
14001:2005 standards. We apply this policy in relation to all parties
involved.

 Trained workers can assemble the whole equipment into its final
configuration, including test measurements, inspection, packaging and
shipping. Integral part of the assembly is also completing smaller
components and parts.

CLAMPS

 Toggle clamps are products that ensure quick, precise and safe cramping of
components. Use of these toggle clamps easy solves problems with
cramping when welding, sticking, mounting, riveting milling, boring, etc.
 Advantage of these toggle clamps is high cramping speed and force
together with minimum exertion of workers. All types of toggle clamps
dispose of anticorrosive coating of all parts with zinc coating and dispose of
oil resistant, plastic, ergonomic shaped handle.
 Toggle clamps are supplied in various designs and sizes so that each
customer could choose clamps according to his needs.

 In mid-2007 we built a new paint shop in our plant in Halenkov. Powder and
wet painting is a modern technology of surface finishing of metals. It meets
the most stringent criteria on environmental protection. It guarantees high
quality surface finishing of metals with powder and wet paints.
