How did they hunt animals? They had to read animal signs left
on the ground or in the snow the trapper laid his traps on the
animals main path . Trapping was done in the winter and
cropping in the summer . These traps are called trap-lines.

Yes in the winter by cutting a hole in the ice and
speared fish in the summer.
