A man has broken his fast (ate & drank)
during Ramadan without any excuse.
He went to the Messenger of Allah
asking him: what to do?
Muhammed (PBUH) asked him: "Can
you set a slave free?
The man answered: "No"

then Muhammed asked him another
question "Are you able to fast two
consecutive months?
the man again answered: "No"
Muhammed asked: "Can you feed sixty
poor persons?
the man answered: "No".
After a while a man came in & placed
some dates in front of the Prophet
(PBUH) and asked him "where is the
interrogator ?

the man stood up, the Messenger of
Allah said to the man: "Take these
dates & give them as a charity", the
man complained his poverty to
Muhammed (PBUH) said: "No one in
this city is poorer than my family" then
he laughed saying to the man "then
give it to your family".


Slide 4

The Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said
"Whoever breaks his fast without an
excuse ordained by Allah, his fast will
not be fulfilled even by fasting his
whole life"
