ERS in Sweden
• In Sweden a service oriented architecture
(SOA) is chosen
• A client on the fishing vessel sends logbook
data through satellite or internet.
• There is a service bus that validates the data
and routes accordingly.
• Web-services then receives the reports and
stores the data in the database.
• There has been a lot of work interpreting the
regulations and implementing them in this
architecture.
