• If you choose to enroll a particular medication, a

 On July 21, 2011, Express Scripts, Inc. and Medco Health Solutions,
Inc. announced that they have entered into a definitive merger
agreement. The agreement has been unanimously approved by the
boards of directors of both companies. After an extensive FTC review,
the merger was finalized on April 3, 2012.
