“Any communication the Intergraph product centre that requires
follow up by the product centre requires a SR. Conversations on
LinkedIn are free and open and do not require SRs. However, an
Intergraph AE, developer etc may see the discussion and
recommend following up the issue with the product centre and
the formal way to do this is to raise a SR for tracking. The SR
may be resolved by supplying information after investigation or
it may lead to logging of a TR or CR .”
