was formerly known as Concept Aircon which was formed on April 04, 1997.
We have a total experience of 22 years, and have worked on international

Collecting Data required for designing from Client / Architect.
Designing of the system and preparation of Design Basis Report (DBR).
Preparing of concept notes with discussions of alternatives and recommendation of a
viable system depending upon the site conditions.
Preparing of detailed drawings like Plumbing, Sewer, Electrical Installations,
Airconditioning air flow diagrams, ducting layouts, equipment layout, chilled water /
cooling water flow diagrams etc.
Preparing of technical and commercial specifications for floating of tender in
consultation with Client and Architect.
Floating of tenders and calling bidders to quote.
Preparing of techno-commercial comparisons of various contractors quotes.
Recommendation of contractor and equipment based on technical justifications.
Approval of working drawings as per laid specifications, before being used for
fabrication / construction.
Approval of supplies by vendor on the basis of catalogues, Rating charts, Performance
curves etc.
Co-ordination and liaison with other agencies like Architects, Contractors and other
consultants etc.
Inspection of all major equipment for all-possible checks and conformance to technical
requirements.
