For optimum informational purposes, follow the instructions and click on the links; do not

Click on the Method you will use to order Devices:
Order with FTP
•Files are automatically transferred from p.d to Holding Queue in .decimal Direct.
•Allows review and edit of files before ordering.
Order with Adobe Flash
•Allows multiple-file uploads from dialogue box.
•A link for a free Adobe Flash download is available in .decimal Direct.
Order without Adobe Flash
•Requires each file to be selected and uploaded individually from dialogue box.
•No additional software required.
Please ensure Billing, Shipping, Machine, Ship Priority and Patient
Name are the same for files to be Batched together for an order.

Holding Queue. Verify all orders to be placed are in the Holding
Queue with a Status of Ready to Order
2. Select files to Delete and Edit as necessary
3. Click to Batch and continue with Order

•Files to be Batched together require the same Patient Name, Machine,
Billing information, Shipping information, and Ship Priority.
