 Click the IhSIS System link
 You will need a User ID and password to login

• If you already have – no need for new paperwork
• Or request access by email to [email protected]
• Documents will be sent to you

Go Live Date is Jan 4th


Your file will be renamed by IhSIS starting
with todays date then a sequence # then your
filename
Good Practice:


Name the file starting with your 2 digit agency code
(same as the SharePoint and for uploading via FTP)
Next is file type, ie Demo, SERV, EVNT, PERF,
OUTI, OUTD, OUTX, SSNU, ASAM, FARS, CFARS,
SANDR



Selecting the file for upload – it reads your file
to confirm your file-type selection
Offers you an option if it finds a difference
An ‘open ended’ text file, with lots of extra
spaces after the data and before the line feed
character, is not recognized



Yikes!

Double click the file you want to upload in the
selection pane. It will appear in the Uploads
window with its new name (a date-time stamp)
To download error files:





click “Show Files” open the download viewer.
Choose your file type
Choose your file
Click download.
Your original submitted file is also available
• This is a new system
• Stress tolerances?
• Bugs not discovered?

• The FTP portal will remain open
for several weeks
• Email if need to revert
• Email at eventual shutdown

IhSIS contains a Replica of SAMHIS data
SERV records are limited to QD1A9 by DCF
The Network needs your ‘00000’ records
A YTD upload of data is needed from each
agency

SERV (and other files if reporting not current)
•

This is also opportunity to resolve any data vs billing
A date schedule will be emailed to your agency

