Value Based Training
• Value Based Training: Organizations set their
own core values that describe how employees
should aspire to work together and to lead
others, as well as provide standards for
assessing behaviour and performance of the
employees.
• Realizing and actually living these values
through various adventure activities, games
and facilitating to live these values is our
aim.
Team Building
• Program is based on two major components
- Outdoor Adventure Activities like trekking, Rappelling,
River Rafting, Vertical Ladder, Trust Fall, Trust Walk, Deliver
the Goods, Blind Tent Pitching.
- Enhancing the transference of the learning drawn from
the outdoor experiences
Leadership Development
• Outdoor Team Activities like Treasure Hunt, Three Islands,
Roller Coaster, Cobweb, Amazon Walk, A-frame,
• Identifying and enhancing traits successfully involving
strategy, goal setting, planning, resource allocation,
empowerment and decision-making.
Induction Program
• Various Fun & Learn but outdoor adventure activities which
harness their unique individualities to create bonds and
make them work as a team.

Conflict Management
• Conduct activities like Upside down, Centripetal walk,
Tie-untie,
• Observing and improving interpersonal skills, removing

• Conduct the outdoor adventure activities & various games as
per the requirements.

• Ajit Ranade, C.O.O
Mr. Ajit Ranade is the Chief Operating Officer of the ‘Wanderers’.
He has started ‘Wanderers’ with the passion to work in outdoors in
2003. He has done his B.E. (Mech) from COEP & post graduate
diploma in Geographical Information System & Remote Sensing.
After working some years in Mechanical Field, he joined Outdoors
as full time. He has done Basic mountaineering course from Nehru
Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarkashi. He has done Rafting
course from River Tista, Sikkim. Done two Himalayan expeditions.
Now he has around 10 years of experience in outdoor activities.
Personal Profiles
• Omkar alias Jeevan Vaishampayan
Mr. Omkar is handling operations as Head – Operations. He joined
hands with Ajit to start the wanderers. He has done his M.Com
(Costing) & M.B.A (Marketing). He worked in Software Industry
for 4 years as a Manager – Business Development but his passion
forced him to work in outdoors. Now he has around 8 years of
experience in outdoors.
Expert Associates
• Mr. Sachin Naidu
Sachin has done four Himalayan expeditions at the height gaining
around 21000 feets. He has done basic mountaineering course
from Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarkashi. He has
around 10 years of experience in outdoors. He has done his
Master in Personnel Management from Pune University.
• Mr. Abhay Kharshikar
Abhay has done basic course in mountaineering from Nehru
Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarkashi. Done one Himalayan
expedition. He also has around 8 years of experience in outdoors.
He has done his M.Com.
• Mr. Tanmay Pendse
Tanmay has done commerce graduation. He is football player &
played in national tournaments. He is good at entertaining the
people. He also has around 5 years of experience in outdoors.
