 PAO/TO to file DDO wise/TAN wise details of Tax
deducted during the month in form 24G electronically
every month
 After filing 24G,Book Identification Number(BIN) will
be generated for each DDO(TAN wise)
 DDO can get the BIN from the PAO/TO
 Alternatively they can download the details by
following steps
 Website for viewing bin details
https://www.tin-nsdl.com
Click on the BIN view
select click to view BIN details
Fill the particulars that are marked with *
After getting BIN number for 3 months, DDO can file
24Q for the quarter
