Do not be anxious about anything …. Present your requests to God. And the peace of God will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus’ Phil. 4:6 & 7 Whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely whatever is admirable,- if anything is excellent or praiseworthy think about such things.

What creates the greatest amount of anxiety in our lives is drawing premature conclusions on the circumstances of life.

When we become preoccupied with the ‘What ifs’ worry will become paralysing Jesus can unlock the things that bind us up and set us free
