THOUSANDS ATTENDED
The 25th annual Southern Women’s Show attracted thousands of guests throughout
the four day, action packed event. In addition to providing you with the opportunity to
meet, sell and talk with thousands of women face to face, the show generated millions
of impressions across the community before, during and after the show.

NATIONAL TV EXPOSURE
The Balancing Act is a popular morning TV show about
women, for women, and trusted by women. The
program came to life at this year’s show with a large
“show within the show” pavilion. The Balancing Act
provided the following added exposure:

Magazine Guides
Email to 50,000 VIP club members
Production of a 60-minute program with show footage
and interviews, scheduled to air a minimum of two
times to a potential audience reach of 96 million
households!

PRINT ADVERTISING
An extensive three week ad campaign with the Florida Times-Union
generated millions of impressions. Eighteen (18) print ads,
five (5) online ads on www.jacksonville.com , online contests, and
interviews resulted in 7,358,827 impressions.
The show was also advertised through print and online ads in The
Florida Star, Financial News & Daily Record, Jacksonville Magazine,
HealthSource Magazine, Mint Magazine and Money Pages to a
potential reach of 4,189,557 readers / viewers.
PRINT ADVERTISING
In addition to advertisements, HealthSource Magazine also included the Official Show
Program in its October issue that was distributed to the magazine’s 40,000 subscribers.
Thousands of copies of the program, that promoted sponsors, exhibitors, stage schedules,
celebrity guests and special features, were overprinted for distribution at the show
entrance.
PUBLIC RELATIONS
Press releases, media alerts and personal outreach by our
Public Relations firm resulted in numerous articles about the
show that highlighted show sponsors, exhibitors, celebrity
guests and special features. In total, press clippings and
articles generated 1,350,293 impressions.

Show connected with thousands of fans through website,
Facebook and weekly E-Newsletter campaigns!

COUPONS & TICKETS
Money saving coupon and ticket offers drove attendance!
Electronic coupons were available through the show website
and thousands of printed coupons were distributed at Chick-fil-A
restaurants located throughout the city. Discount tickets were
sold at 38 Walgreens stores to provide guests with special
savings and stimulate show traffic. In addition, thousands of
complimentary admission tickets were distributed to sponsors,
media partners and exhibitors to help spread the word and boost
attendance.
RETAIL EXPOSURE
Hundreds of posters, table tents and register cards
decorated the city and built awareness locally!
Signage was displayed at multiple Belk, Chick-fil-A,
Dillard’s, Publix, St. Augustine Premium Outlets and
Walgreens locations to promote the show and attract
show guests.
