How to install Application and Database software
to the Mobile phone
1. Download “GPS Mobile Software” from:
• http://ashraya.kar.nic.in
• Download Menu.
• Download Sub Menu.
• Click GPS Mobile Software to download.
2. Save the file on desktop of your local computer.
3. The downloaded file is named as “RGRHCL.zip” a folder by name “RGRHCL” will
be there, containing one folder and one file as shown below:
4. Connect Mobile phone to the computer using Data Cable and copy the above said
RGRHCL folder and RGRHCLAppNew.apk file to Micro SD Card 8 GB.
5. Disconnect the mobile phone from the computer and Run / Open
RGRHCLAppNew.apk file from Micro SD Card 8 GB, through mobile, which will
install the software onto the mobile.

Click on this sub-menu…
NOTE: Either One or Multiple Gram Panchayath can be selected
by ticking on the Check box and finally click on Download button
and save the file onto the desktop of your local computer.

STEP-1
Input.csv file will be saved on the desktop of the local
computer.
STEP-2
Connect the mobile phone to the computer using data cable,
where Input.csv file is residing. Copy the Input.csv file to
the Micro SD Card  RGRHCL <Folder> of the mobile
phone.

Enter Benf. Code and click on
Go button…
By default Yes will be ticked. If
the Site or House not found, tick
No.
Eg. If the Progress Shown
column is Foundation and it is
found Unstarted (on the field, tick
the No Progress check box.
Click here to open Camera mode.
It will prompt you to take 2
photograph i.e.
a) One middle of four corners of
inside house, which will
capture
the
GPS
Coordinates.
b) One out the house, covering
entire house for viewing
purpose.
These
details
are
displayed
automatically on entry of Benf.Code
and click of Go button for
confirmation.
This displays the GPS Accuracy for
information.
Click to Save the record.
How to Upload / Transfer data from Mobile phone to the Central Server
STEP-1
Connect the mobile
phone
to
the
computer using data
cable.
STEP-2
Press the finger on
this area and drag
towards down. And
click
on
USB
Connected

Connect Storage
to PC  OK.
STEP-3
Open Micro SD Card by double
clicking on Removable Disk
drive and copy RGRHCL folder
to ‘C’ Drive of your local
computer.
