THEIR LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT IS CONSTRUCTED AND FOSTERED
IN AN ENVIRONMENT THAT FOCUSES UPON INDIVIDUAL STRENGTHS,
NEEDS AND DESIRES THROUGH A DIFFERENTIATED APPROACH.

Student Responsibilities






Be on time 
Do his/her homework everyday
Ask for help when they don’t understand
Read for at least 30-60 minutes every night
Committing to a bully-free school
Respect adults, peers and school property

Be involved in our school



Ensure your child is in school on time everyday
Ensure your child is wearing the proper uniform




Parents are asked to volunteer 20 hours per year
Students must wear Vista Sweaters ONLY
Students must tuck-in their polo shirts
Support by asking your child what they learned in
school
Check your child’s planner and check their homework

Students must read for at least 30-60 minutes every night

Monitor students’ progress in their Personal
Learning Plans
Course assessments
School assessments are every 3 weeks
 Quarterly assessments are every 9 weeks





Provide parents access to staff through email,
phone calls, personal conferences, etc.
Providing volunteer opportunities for parents
Offering students access to technology
Prepare our students for high school, college and
beyond!
