 60% need practice identifying technology for their
lessons and practice using the tech in a classroom
UTD cooperating teachers noted:
 Student teachers must utilize the district’s
technology in their classrooms
S.B.174 requires us to prepare teachers to effectively:
1. Integrate technology effectively into instruction
2. Use technology to collect, manage, and analyze
data to improve teaching and learning
