Quizzes: Students who miss an announced examination
or quiz must present an excuse considered valid by the
instructor of the course.

COURSE SYLLABUS
Course Objective: Application of principles of economics
to identify the causes, consequences, and ways of dealing
with economic resource problems, including problems
associated with Human capital, agriculture, energy
problems, Metal and mineral. The major topics covered in
this course include
Defining economic efficiency and other criteria for
evaluating natural resource use and policy
Examining sources of inefficiency in the exploration of
economic resources
Discussing policy options to reduce inefficiency, and
Applying economic concepts to management of specific
economic resources, Human capital, agriculture, energy
problems, Metal and mineral resources.
