Potato salad and sausages
Here is the regional recipe for
Potato salad
1 -1,5 kg
Wash the potatoes and put them into water for boiling
Peel the potatoes still warm
Cut the potatoes into slim slices and put them into a big
bowl.
THE DRESSING
OIL
WHITE WINE VINEGAR
SALT
PEPPER
CHOPPED ONION
IF YOU LIKE MUSTARD
¼l - ½ l well seasoned meat stock
Put the dressing over the potatoes and mix the Potado salad softly.
