Models
TG-3000MD and TG-4000MD are fully
automatic smoke generators and can be used for
cold, hot, or steam smoking. The TG-3000 serves a
single smoke house, and the TG-4000 will serve two
totally independent houses. Both models can be
adapted to fit any size smoke house.
