fluctuations
Managing the daily price fluctuation is very important for the retailers.
There are chances that the prices may vary multiple times in a single
day.
Manage estimates
and quotations
Estimates /quotations should be prepared before sales, sales orders,
and old gold purchases. If customer confirms the estimates then it
should be converted to invoice. Estimates which are not confirmed by
the customer, can be removed from the system.
Manage salesman
commission
In each sales, multiple sales representative are involved. When they
finalize one customer enquiry (order/sales), sale commission has to be
accounted and to be added to salary
Custom ornament
orders
Complete customer order details should be recorded before transferring
to goldsmith. Booking of in-stock ornaments, booking with alterations,
processing order based on samples need to be handled appropriately.
Entire chain from order-to-goldsmith up to delivery-to- customer
should be handled.
