To record a message, follow the Audio section instructions

To record a message in multiple languages, select ADVANCE OPTIONS

Using synthesized speech
•
To record a message in multiple languages, select ADVANCE OPTIONS

Use the red Select to put groups into the right hand window

Review the Summary for accuracy.
Change the Delivery Time by clicking on immediately

Change the Start and End Delivery data.
Normally Fax or Email should not be checked .
• •
Review the Summary data again Click on FINISHED to send message
