Data Configuration, Data Management, & Knowledge Management

 Provide SharePoint web portal services and database services to maintain and monitor asset status information (e.g., from Requirements Definition and Purchase Order, to Receipt, Shipping, and on throughout Service Life to Disposition/Disposal)  Develop and maintain Configuration Management and Asset Management databases, to include references and correspondence  Provide technicians trained and certified in Remedy, CMPro, SQL, Oracle, and Access  Provide recommendations to customers on the use of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) and Object-Relational Database Management Systems (ORDBMS)

Information Technology Support

     Employing qualified/certified technicians, perform repairs and service calls on IT assets and peripheral devices Validate vendor contractual compliance on all IT Delivery Orders Completely wipe hard drives of all assets, remove all partitions and software, and load integrated image provided by customer (including approved Operating System baseline, appropriate manufacturer device drivers), and verify working order of IT assets Employing qualified/certified technicians, remove and replace wireless modules and other devices (as directed by customer) Recover data lost to system “crashes” and password issues

Research, Development, Testing & Evaluation (RDT&E)

    Develop, review, and update T&E plans and procedures Witness in-plant tests and evaluate test data Conduct laboratory and field tests at customer facilities and sites; to include developing installation plans, design and fabrication of test fixtures, and maintenance of equipment during testing process; and provide a detailed Report of Test Results (RTR) upon test completion Review and provide input to test plans, test specifications, and test procedures documents

Asset Management, RFID & IUID Expertise

 Employ Certified RFID Supply Chain Managers (RFIDSCM™) and CompTIA RFID+ Certified personnel  Ensure vendor IUID markings are in compliance with DoD MIL Standards for asset tracking and traceability  Verify and report vendor compliance in populating the IUID data into the DoD registry    Create, affix, and register IUID tags in compliance with DoD MIL Standards Capture, monitor, and maintain IUID database information for customer assets Employ RFID assets in warehouse environments to monitor and track location and status of customer assets

Systems Engineering Support using ITIL® Practices

 Develop and implement Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms) in support of systems engineering efforts    Develop repeatable processes for use within systems engineering efforts Provide technical recommendation on equipment and software solutions Provide knowledgeable technical representatives in support of meeting, IPTs, WGs, and conferences  Capture and refine customer requirements and develop technically-feasible solutions

Transportation, Shipping, Handling, Expediting, & Storage

        Receive and inventory all assets arriving from Delivery Orders and verify receipt Provide invoice quality and quantity verification to allow government customers to certify invoices in Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF) Provide for material control of all equipment, component items, spares, and software. Manage material to include maintaining custody records from receipt through transfer and delivery at receiving destination Acquire, track, receive, kit, repackage, and ship assets as required by respective contracts Inventory, pack, palletize, and ship Delivery Orders in accordance with required specifications, shipping instructions, and all applicable laws and regulations Use automated tools to reconcile total asset information across spectrum of Requirements, Receiving, Shipping, In-Transit status, and Delivery Provide adequate and appropriate amount of secured, controlled warehouse space to perform IT tasks and provide intermediate staging of assets Provide Daily Status Reports of all assets receive and shipped

Program Management & Analysis

     Provide Program Management support using PMBOK ® procedures & principles and certified PMPs  Provide task management in allocating resources to meet customer taskings within cost, schedule, and performance constraints  Ensure all technical issues & objectives within scope of the Statement of Work (SOW) are achieved & reconciled Provide Logistics Management Support encompassing all logistics issues Evaluate, create, adjust, & maintain identifiable and repeatable processes Provide recommendations to customer when programmatic issues arise Maintain roster of personnel with designation of their taskings in alignment with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)   Review, prepare, and write briefs and correspondence Schedule and conduct meetings, IPT’s, WG’s, and Conferences; provide Secretariat support; and provide Meeting Minutes

Acquisition Support & Product Research

 Research “state of the marketplace” industry standards, propose contractual language, and periodically review product road maps to ensure equipment configurations meet customer requirements  Draft technical language, specifications, and configurations to meet customer requirements  Provide technical recommendation on equipment and software configurations and solutions  Provide knowledgeable technical representatives in support of meeting, IPTs, WGs, and conferences  Capture and refine customer requirements and develop technically-feasible solutions

Integrated Life Cycle Logistics & Product Support

 Assist customer in implementing goals and objectives of USMC/DoD/Agency Life Cycle Logistics & Life Cycle Management policies and regulations  Solve current and future logistics operational challenges; to include acquisition, provisioning, Post-Deployment Systems Support (PDSS), and disposition/disposal functions   Analyze, recommend, and implement logistics concepts for customers Review, draft, and submit requests and reports, and perform data maintenance, in respective customers’Automated Information Systems (AIS)    Ensure customer equipment allowances are current and correct Coordinate actions with customers and all internal and external organization Develop and implement Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMS/MS) strategies and plans

Training and Education Support

 Review existing training materials, bring into compliance with standards, and offer recommendations for improvement  Develop and implement approved Manpower and Training Plans for emerging & legacy systems, in accordance with customer standards (e.g., USMC and US Army Systems Approach to Training/SAT)  Write Programs of Instruction, Course Concept Cards, Master Lesson Files, Lesson Plans  Deliver Training in schoolhouse, field, and corporate environments
